What is the Charm Bar?
Our Charm Bar is a fun, create-your-own experience! Pick your base, choose your favorite charms, letters, and extras, then design and create something completely your own.

How does the Charm Bar work?
It’s easy! Pick your base → choose your charms → lay out your design → attach your charms → enjoy your new creation!

What can I make at the Charm Bar?
Depending on availability, you can create bracelets, necklaces, rope keychains, and other fun accessories.

Do I put the charms on myself?
Yes! That’s part of the fun! You'll use jump rings to attach your charms exactly where you want them.

Need a little help? No worries! We’re more than happy to assist along the way.

How long does it take?
It depends on what you’re creating, how many charms you choose, and how long it takes you to find the perfect combination. There’s no need to rush—the fun is in creating something you love!

Do I need an appointment to visit the Charm Bar?
No! You’re welcome to stop by during our regular store hours and create. For larger groups, birthdays, and private events, we recommend booking ahead so we can make sure everything is ready for you.

How much are the charms?
Our charms are priced by size and style. Individual charms begin at just $0.75.

Bases are priced separately, so you can create something that fits your style and budget.

Is the Charm Bar only for kids?
Not at all! Kids, teens, and adults can enjoy the Charm Bar. We love seeing besties, moms and daughters, families, and friends create together.

It’s perfect for birthdays, bestie dates, mommy & me days, girls’ days, and just-because outings.

Is there an age requirement?
Because our charms and hardware contain small pieces, the Charm Bar is not recommended for children under 3 years old. Children should always be supervised by a responsible adult.

Can I add my name or initials?
Absolutely! We have letters and other personalization options available so you can make your creation your own. Letter, color, and style availability may vary.

Can I purchase charms without buying a base?
Yes! You’re welcome to purchase individual charms without creating a piece at the Charm Bar. Pick your favorites and take them home with you!

Can I reserve a specific charm?
Our charm selection is always changing, and charms are generally available on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific charms cannot be guaranteed unless arrangements have been made in advance.

Will a charm I saw on social media still be available?
Maybe! Our inventory changes frequently, and some favorites go quickly. That’s part of the fun—there’s always something new to discover at the Charm Bar.

Can I bring my own charms?
To ensure that all charms are compatible with our bases and hardware, only charms purchased from the Harmony & Co. Charm Bar may be used when creating with us.
